It's that time of the year again.  Put out the jack-o-lanterns, stuff the scarecrow and make some memories with the kids.  The list of memories from my childhood Halloween shenanigans is long and and hilarious (and mostly legal).  Dickerson Park Zoo's Spooktacular is something that I will remember forever.  There are great activities and some family friendly scares that are fun for everyone.
